If you opt in to text messages, we record the phone number, selected SMS categories, consent timestamp, source page, consent disclosure version, browser user agent, and IP address where available.

The LearnSupport Finds SMS Program has two separate, optional categories. Marketing SMS shares newly published funding guides, scholarship research tips, featured website resources, and new tools. Account Notifications confirm subscriptions, deliver requested resource checklists, and communicate preference changes. Marketing messages: generally up to 4 per month. Account notifications: frequency varies.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

This includes grant brokers, funding organizations, lead aggregators, and third-party marketers. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in to text messages.

We do not offer third-party contact on your behalf. If that ever changes, any sharing for a specific request would require separate, explicit consent and would be separate from SMS opt-in.

Our website and hosting provider may use essential cookies and basic, aggregated analytics to keep the site working and understand overall usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain records. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message to stop messages for that program. You may also email help@learnsupportfinds.com to request access to or deletion of your information.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may link to schools, nonprofits, and public resources. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
